The used HP printers go through our refurbishment system as we call Re-Certified and are worked on by our HP factory trained and authorized technicians. These technicians will take a used HP laser printer and transform it into a fully functional, good as new refurbished HP laserjet. As a part of the process, the used HP laserjets are thoroughly cleaned, lubed and adjusted back to factory specs. Replacment feedrollers and any other worn parts are replaced as a true refurbished laserjet. All refurbished printers are then thoroughly tested and a final inspection is performed before the customer recieves ther new printer.
